Salar Restaurant & Lounge

Why: Salar, is a world-fusion restaurant with French, Peruvian, and Mediterranean influences. They feature 3 signature cocktails at any time of the year, with many additional seasonal options based on available fresh ingredients.
Our Favorite: La Pasion- Bulleit Bourbon, Sandeman’s Tawny Port, fresh lime, Demerara, passion fruit, fresh cilantro and chipotle chili powder. (This cocktail is a perfect balance of fresh and warm.) 


Lily’s Bistro

Why: Lily’s is lucky enough to have an award-winning bartender on staff, and a fantastic seasonal drink menu. Fresh ingredients, interesting twists and interpretations of classic cocktails, make for a truly unique selection.
Our Favorite: The Muses- Junior Johnson Strawberry Moonshine, housemade lemonade, fresh cucumber and white rock soda. (This is their signature spring and summer drink, and for good reason. It's light and refreshing, while still packing quite the kick!)

Why: Century Bar has received many national awards, including making lists such as "10 Best Bourbon Bars in America" and "America's Best Bourbon Bars." Bourbon Review even described it as "… It’s the sort of place every Bourbon drinker should visit at least once in his or her life.”
Our Favorite: House Old Fashioned- Old Granddad Bonded Bourbon, sugar cubes, Luxardo cherries, fresh orange and aromatic bitters. (A classic cocktail is done perfectly right, by a bar staff that really knows their bourbon.)

Why: Maybe you're surprised that a specialty pizza place makes a mean cocktail, but with fresh ingredients and house-made sodas like ginger and lemon and house limeade, these cocktails are literally good to the last drop. 
Our Favorite: Hemingway Daiquiri- Mt Gay Silver Rum, Maraschino liqueur, lime juice, grapefruit juice and simple syrup. (Sweet, light and fruity…. Perfect for a warm sunny day!)


High Violet Lounge (Coco’s Bistro) 


When: Monday - Thursday, 2:00pm - 11:00pm; Friday, 2:00pm - 12:00am; Saturday,  4:30pm - 12:00am

Why: The unique cocktails coming from this bar, can easily rival those from major metropolitan cities across the country.  The menu changes multiple times a year, so only the freshest, most seasonal ingredients are used in their creations.
Our Favorite: Algonquin Sour- Hennessy VS cognac, pure Ohio maple syrup, fresh lemon juice and a red wine float
